Welcome to The Chaotic Phenomenon: a sci-fi animanga Roleplay! We take place in a post-apocalyptic alternate universe in a war-barren area known as New Serenity: a collection of land focused around what used to be the Great Lake states of the United States. The "Phenomenon" spurred the beginning of World War III before taking control when the countries were severely weakened, and now use their power to dominate the global surface through scientific means. Many are victim to their biogenetic engineering experiments- but will you stand for it, or will you fight back?

These are the Rocky Mountains. ...Or, what's left of them. From numerous bomb attacks during the war, these mountains have been heavily altered in figure, though still stand tall and jagged throughout the western region of the United States. Though the majority of the western side of the USA is pretty barren at this point in time, the side of the Rocky Mountains that is facing the ocean seems to have more resources and animals...when not in the deserts.

This is an area that is composed of what used to be the states that were located along the northern border of the USA. Ever since the attack, resources and life have diminished greatly, and the temperatures have dropped drastically, as well. Sunlight still shines upon this stretch of land, though it doesn't really stop the land from freezing and chilling up throughout the day.
