...And the Discord ranges from PG-16 to 18+ in some cases, but yeah. As far as the site limits go - and as per the Proboards Terms and Services - our rating is to be cut off at PG-13 for the kiddos. You can curse if you want, but just don't make it excessive and whatnot. After all, we wouldn't wanna be bad influences on the youngin's and whatnot~.
With the exception of IC interactions, of course. But as far as the players themselves go, there is to be no discrimination of any sort; not against sexuality, ethnicity, religion, or any other factors of the sort. I get it, guys. It's a real issue, and whatnot. I personally have my own opinions, too- but if I gotta keep my more passionate views outta the waters, then you gotta, too~. It's more out of consideration, if anything. We won't be having unnecessary drama and arguments be started, so just try your best to get along with your fellow Roleplayers.
For those who aren't familiar with fluid timelines, we essentially mean that time is flexible here to an extent. You can have a character be in multiple threads, and in multiple places at a time. In fact, it's actually encouraged that you keep that sort of practice up if possible for sake of activity! However, time will move along, and the major site events will be the main progressors overall. Think of each major plot event as a checkpoint, of sort. A game's autosave feature. They'll come around every so often- but when they do, it's one and done. You can't go back in time unless you visit the "Past Threads" board, and everything that occurred from before the event and afterwards will be canon. Once we pass a plot checkpoint, you can't make a new thread set in a time prior to the event, so keep track of your plots, folks~!
Players are allowed an initial, free eight characters, and must make at least one Roleplay post on each character account every month by the end of an activity check in order to prevent their respective character accounts from being moved to 'inactive' status. Characters are unlimited for each member; however, the ninth character onwards must be purchased through the IC Shop, and members are solely responsible for maintaining activity with increasing amounts of characters.
So, all in all? No Godmodding, or any form of it. No Godmodding, no Powerplaying, no Metagaming... None of that. It's one thing to discuss actions of characters between given players in advance, but if you decide to automatically hit a character in a way that specifically implies that they'd have no way out - and without the other player's consent - then that's gonna be a no go- especially and specifically in combat-oriented scenarios. Always keep your characters' actions in check, folks- and remember to stay detailed to avoid discrepancies!
Self explanatory, yeah~? If you ever have any questions about the plotline, or what a specific Experimental should be capable of, or anything else related to the site, then don't be afraid to drop a message in the Discord staff aid channel, or to even shoot one of us a message directly on site! We're here to have fun, but we're also happy to help anyone and everyone who needs assistance~.
Because everyone's gotta have their own rules and regulations~.
